Who we are
Akkaya Window Cleaning Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 12580185) with its registered office at 56 Lord Street, Fleetwood FY7 6DT, is the data controller for the information described below.
What we collect
When you use the contact form or the quote form we collect your name, e-mail address, telephone number, the address or postcode of the property, and anything else you choose to tell us in the message. Our web server also records the IP address the form was sent from, which we use only to prevent abuse of the forms.
Why we hold it and for how long
We use your details to answer your enquiry, to prepare a quotation and, if you become a customer, to arrange and invoice your cleans. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and, once you book, the performance of our contract with you. Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within twelve months. Customer records are kept for six years after the last invoice so that we can meet HMRC record-keeping requirements.
Who else sees it
Form submissions are stored on our website hosting and are also forwarded to our business e-mail address using a form delivery service. We do not sell your information and we do not share it with anyone for marketing purposes.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. If you are not happy with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
